Dried Chicken Fry

Chicken 1/2 Lbs
Onion (finely chopped) 1 Cup
Tomato(finely chopped) 1 Cup
Ginger 2 Inch
Garlic Cloves 10
Oil 4 TSPS
Chilly Powder 1 TSP
Turmeric Powder 1 TSP
Pepper 1 TSP
Coriander Seeds 1 TSP
Anise Seeds 1 TSP
Coriander Leaves 4
Curry Leaves 5
Salt to Taste

1.Clean the chicken and cut into medium-sized pieces.

2.In a heated pan add coriander seeds, pepper and anise seeds and fry it till golden brown.

3.Grind these ingredients with ginger and garlic into a fine paste.

4.In a pressure cooker add this mixture, onion, tomato,turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt and mix it well.

5.Cook it in a medium-high flame.

6.Once you get the pressure, put the weight on the cooker and turn the flame to medium low and keep it for 8 minutes.

7.Remove the cooker from the stove and let it cool for few minutes.

8.In a heated pan add oil and then the cooked chicken, coriander leaves and curry leaves and fry it well.
