Chicken Curry

Chicken 2 Lbs
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 1/2 TBSP
Chicken Masala 1 TBSP
Chilly Powder 1 TBSP
Turmeric Powder as per taste
Onion 50g
Chilly 4
Oil 2 TBSP
Curd 2 Spoons
Salt 1 TBSP
Correndier Leaves as per taste

How To Make:
Step 1:
Take a Bowl and wash the chicken with Turmeric Powder 2 times.

Step 2:
Now in a bowl take chicken and add ginger garlic paste,chicken masala,chilly powder,turmeric powder,curd and marinate it for 1 hr

Step 3:
Take pan add oil to it and when the oil is hot whole garam masala(cinamon,lavanga,elachi,javetri,balck cardomom,.) then add onions and chillies and cook them until they turn into golden brown

Step 4:
Add marinated chicken and cover with lid for 15 min

Step 5:
When the chicken was half done add salt it and again cover with lid for few more minutes

Step 6:
When the chicken was fully cooked according to your taste u can add chilly powder,chicken masala ,and cook for 5 min, don't over cook.

Step 7:
Turn off flame and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.....

Step 8:
Serve with Rice or Roti
