Chicken Fry





Chicken 1 Lb
Ginger pinch
Garlic 5
Onion 2
Green chilly 10
Turmeric Powder 1/4 TSP
Salt To Taste
Red Chilly Powder 1 TSP
Poppy Seeds 1 TSP
Coriander Powder 1 TSP
Garam Masala Powder 2 TSPS
Coriander Leaves 10
1.Wash the chicken with Turmeric Powder.
2.Cut the chicken in to small pieces
3.Grind the onions, green chilly garlic, ginger and Poppy seeds.
4.Fry the chicken in oil make it redish brown color.
5.Fry the grind onions mix with chicken.
6.Add Red chilly Powder and salt to taste.
7.Add Coriander Powder and Garam Masala Powder.
8.Add Coriander leaves for taste.
9.Serve with Biryani.
