Chicken Rasam

Chicken 1 Lb (fry a little in the open fire take out only inner portions cut into small pieces)
Ghee 2 TSPS
lemon juice 1 TSP
salt to taste
Onion 1
Coriander 1 TSP
Garlic Flakes 2
Ginger 1/2 Piece
Cloves 2
Cardamoms 2
aniseed 1/2 TSP
Poppy Seeds 1/2 TSP
Turmeric Powder 1/2 TSP
Red Chilly Powder 1TSP

1.Heat ghee in a pan.

2.Add the grounded masala and let it cook for 5-6 minutes.

3.Add chicken pieces with 1 liter of water.

4.Boil for some time.

5.Add salt and lemon juice.

6.Serve hot.
