Bendakaya 1 Lbs
Onion 1
Green Chilly 10
Oil 4 TSP
Mustard Seeds 1/4 TSP
Cumin Seeds 1/4 TSP
Red Chilly 2 Pieces
Curry Leaves 8 Pieces
Chenna Daal 1/4 TSP
Red Chilly Powder 1 TSP
Salt to Taste
1.Cut it small pieces of Bendakaya, Green Chilly and Onion.
2.Heat the oil, fry chenna daal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, red chilly, garlic and curry leaves.
3.fry the green chilly, onion.
4.Make it a Redish Brown colour of Onion.
5.Fry the bendakaya pieces.
6.Add salt to taste.
7.Add Red Chilly Powder to Taste.
8. Serve with Rice.
